Gretchen Raley

Owner, Licensed Mental Health Counselor (FL), Licensed Professional Counselor (TX), Registered Play Therapist, Certified EMDR Therapist, Qualified Supervisor (FL)

For 21 years, I have had the privilege of being present with clients of all ages who have needed support. My experience has included both public and private schools, community mental health, outreach, and private practice. Because I believe therapy works best when it engages the whole person—body, brain, and heart— my approach integrates talk, expressive arts, EMDR, and play therapy, all through a neurobiological lens, to support deep and lasting healing. To that end, I am in training to be a Certified Trauma-Sensitive Heartmath Practitioner. I have also been trained through Massachusetts General Hospital for the treatment of pediatric OCD.

While my Christian faith is important to me personally, I delight in the relationships I have with clients from all backgrounds and walks of life. In addition to my career as a counselor, I am also a professional pianist and freelance writer. When I’m not at work, you might find me at a soccer game, coffee shop, dance class, hiking trail (DSLR camera in hand), or just at home enjoying my family. Valerie Taylor

As a Client Care Coordinator and Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I’m passionate about helping people feel heard, supported, and cared for from their very first interaction. I understand that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, so I strive to make the process as welcoming and comfortable as possible. My goal is to connect each client with the care they need while making sure they feel valued every step of the way.  

Enjoying time with my family is what I love to do! You can also find me on the field as a softball coach and cuddling with dogs.

I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish. I am excited to assist you as you begin this new healing journey.
